Last year at the peak of covid, I began to get really creative.. I guess this is what happens when your work is on pause and you have some time to use your imagination… 🙂

so I dreamt up a tea party.. I reached out to some of my favourite service providers in the city..

Nicola at PickNiks.. I have knows Nicola for Years!. so she came to mind really quick when I was thinking of who could make pretty dainties for this set up.

Next was florals.. I had been perusing through instagram and following Twig & Bloom for a while.. So I reached out to Joanne to see if she was interested!. she brought these exquisite florals from another event so we got to use them in the set up which was amazing!!!

I have a slight obsession with tea parties.. so it wasn’t hard to find all the props and plates and decorations.  We set the date and set up this gorgeous tea party… about a week before our shoot I had this 2nd thought.. what if we gave away a photography package?!..  So we did an instagram contest and picked the winner.. long story short that person wasn’t able to make it, so next in line was one of my favourite little humans..
