Another perfect day for a photo shoot…. and my oh my, it was Such a treat! All of the decor & goodies were picture perfect and the whole scene was right out of a magazine.. It was all so pretty and the perfect way to celebrate Ava’s first birthday. What a sweet baby little girl. Happy Birthday Ava!
Well I think that this wedding was by far the warmest I have experienced in a very long while… +35’c… well, I will take that over a raining/showery day, any day… The ceremony took place in the lovely gardens at the Forestry Farm…. It worked perfect too that Jaylene switched it up a bit and had the ceremony by the flowers, instead of the usual spot by the arch… Here is how the day unfolded… instead of the typical ring pillow, these fellows carried ring sports cars!..
it was so nice to stop at Starbucks on the way and grab a cool drink… So Refreshing!

I met Melissa at the Saskatoon Inn Wedding show back in May. Since they are planning for a February wedding, we opted for some lovely summer engagement photos.. and what a beautiful evening we got. Melissa, Jamie & I cruised around Saskatoon, snapping some engagement photos.. We went down by the river, found a canola field and were lucky enough to come across a mound of sun flowers… We had a fabulous photo shoot… I can’t wait for their vintage heart themed wedding in February!..
Congratulations Kristen & Chris!!… I had the pleasure of meeting them last year at another wedding which I was photographing…. Well the year flew by, and here they are celebrating at their own wedding… The ceremony played out perfectly at the Top of the Inn, at the Sheraton Cavalier… with Reg Stevens as the Commisionaire… Here’s how the rest of the day unravelled…
